Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all photography, videography, editing, live streaming and content production services provided by UXG Studio.
Bookings
Shoot dates are confirmed only after a written confirmation and the agreed advance. Rescheduling is subject to crew and equipment availability.
Deliverables and revisions
Deliverables, formats and timelines are defined per project scope. Each deliverable includes the revision rounds stated in that scope; additional rounds are billed separately.
Usage rights
On full payment, you receive usage rights to the final delivered assets for the agreed channels. UXG Studio retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Payments
Invoices are payable by the due date stated on the invoice. Delivery of final files may be withheld until outstanding amounts are cleared.
